Neal Price

Neal Price is a veteran of the Retail Automotive industry and the Principal Owner of Dealers 1st Source. Neal started his career in fixed operations, starting in new car get ready, moving into parts, then the service department until making the jump to the New cars sales department. Once arriving in New sales, he consistently was in the top five of producers. Neal was approached by the Regional manager for a captive finance company and recruited for an F&I Position and then placed in a large domestic dealership. For the next twelve years, Neal moved steadily up the ladder becoming Finance director and Corporate finance director for the largest Automotive group in the Mid-Atlantic. He completed all levels of MIC and Pat Ryan F&I training during this time.

Neal was recruited in the 1994 by the premier F&I training company in the US, Pat Ryan & Associates where upon being placed in the Mid-Atlantic region as a District manager achieved the Conference of Champions designation each year while he was with PRA.

Neal was recruited by a large metro Chevrolet dealership as the GSM, eventually becoming the GM. The results were an increase in units and gross profit while attaining CSI levels above the region averages. Over the next few years, Neal also held positions as the GM of one of Maryland’s largest Toyota Stores and a National Consulting firm before opening his own agency, Dealers 1st Source in 2008.

Neal lives in Maryland with his wife Patricia and enjoys spending time with his children, A son who is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University and his daughter who is married to a Navy man and they have a daughter, both children live in Maryland.
